Kpop Moon has been running for nearly 4 years now but due to various reasons I’ve needed to take up a day job while also running KPM in my free time.

So far this is going well and there are no changes to answering customer messages quickly and dispatching orders on schedule, however I am struggling with having time to add new preorders during the week.

With this in mind I’ve now decided to dedicate weekends to catching up on admin and bringing the website up to its usual high standard. This will also include adding new preorders for sale.

I appreciate your patience with this and always look forward to helping my amazing customers with their collections.

Purchases are organised with our Korean supplier into weekly shipments to the UK. Orders are dispatched approx. 10-15 days after purchase. Pre-orders are dispatched approx. 2 weeks after release.

Weekly shipment details are displayed within the Shipment Updates page. Please refer to your purchase date or pre-order title to see progress on the shipment containing your order.
