Shipping policy

Purchases are fulfilled through our supplier in Korea and organised into weekly shipments, which are finalised every Sunday night.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


• Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders typically take 10–15 days to arrive in the UK from Korea
  • Orders are then dispatched to customers via Royal Mail
  • Pre-orders typically arrive 2–3 weeks after release, unless otherwise stated on the product listing

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available.

If you require faster delivery of in-stock items, please place separate orders.

You must use your order date to identify your shipment batch.


• UK Shipping Rates

Updated: 9th April

All shipping rates apply once the shipment containing your order arrives in the UK.

Orders up to £69.99

  • Standard (2nd Class): £4.15
  • Priority (1st Class): £5.65

Orders £70 – £199.99

  • Standard (2nd Class): £7.99
  • Priority (1st Class): £9.85

Orders £200+

  • High Value (Next Day Insured): £16.95
    (Available for orders over £100 as well)


Notes (UK Shipping)

  • Prices include Royal Mail fees and approx. £0.50 packaging costs
  • Rates are discounted where possible to reduce customer cost
  • Orders may be combined where applicable and partial postage refunds issued
  • In some cases, orders may be split or combined at our discretion depending on timing


• Delivery Time After Dispatch

Royal Mail delivery is typically 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on your selection 

If your order has not arrived within this timeframe:

  • Please allow up to 10 working days from dispatch for delays
  • If still missing after this period, please contact us


• Pre-orders & Combined Orders

If your order includes a pre-order:

  • All items will be shipped together once the pre-order is available
  • To receive non-preorder items sooner, please place separate orders
  • Combined orders may be subject to cancellation rules outlined in our Refund Policy


• Poster Shipping

  • Posters are sent folded by default
  • Rolled poster tubes are available for an additional fee to cover postage (£3.99–£5.49 depending on size)
  • Tubes are shipped via 2nd Class delivery
  • Multiple posters can be included in a single tube


• International Shipping (Europe)

Due to new regulations when shipping to EU countries we have halted all sales to the European Union until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience and ask that customers please message us if you have any queries.


• International Orders (Outside Europe)

Please contact us before ordering.

We may be able to arrange direct shipping from our Korean supplier depending on your location and items requested.


• Returns to Sender

If a parcel is returned to us:

  • We will contact you to arrange re-delivery
  • Additional shipping fees may apply
  • Customers are responsible for collecting parcels from their local delivery service where required


• Poster Tubes (International)

Poster tubes are not available for international orders due to previous customs restrictions.
