International Shipping

We currently provide the option to ship to mainland European countries. Our shipping price is a blanket fee based on the highest average cost to ship to Europe. Your fee will be partially refunded after your order is dispatched if the end cost is lower. The shipping fee will scale up if an order totals over £70, which is based on an assumed weight of over 2kg. If the total weight is lower you will be issued a partial refund to the correct end cost. Prices include a small packaging fee.

For anyone wanting to order from outside of Europe, please contact us to discuss what you’d like to purchase. We may be able to organise shipping from our Korean supplier directly to your country.

If an order is returned to us unexpectedly you will be contacted to discuss the issue and may need to pay for repeat shipping. Please make every effort to collect your order from your local shipping agency.

Pre-order poster tubes are not available for orders outside of the UK due to previous issues we’ve experienced with customs when sending tubes.

International orders that have import taxes received are the responsibility of the buyer and not Kpop Moon. Please check your own country’s import duty procedures when ordering from the UK.
