We realise it’s early (it’s not even Halloween yet!) but planning ahead we’re asking customers to please start thinking about what they want to order for Christmas. This way orders can be spread out and there’s less last minute rushing.

We’re always very good at combining postage so you can place multiple orders and we’ll make sure any excess postage fees are taken care of. Please write a note in your cart before placing your order so we know it’s a Christmas gift and there’s no rush.

When Season’s Greetings start to come up for preorder we’ll be adding them for popular groups and soloists. If there’s any you want that aren’t listed please send us a message when you know they’re available.

If any albums or lightsticks are unavailable to purchase, then please send us a quick message to request pricing and availability.

We’ll come back to you within 24 hours and make them available for purchase if available.

Purchases are organised with our Korean supplier into weekly shipments to the UK. Orders are dispatched approx. 10-15 days after purchase. Pre-orders are dispatched approx. 2 weeks after release.
